Street hooks?

Are many people after them? *potentially* looking to make a few sets of them for 08-16? year blades Over the next month or two. Was hoping to have anodised similar to a titanium finish.

what’s people’s thoughts if I make a few sets? would you buy them? Would you not? What would be a fair price for them? (Would need to cover my costs but if the costs are too high for purchasers it’s not worth it for me)

any opinions welcome

 

There was someone doing Sato street hook replicas a couple of years ago. I got a set for £29.50 for alloy finish.

 

not a bad price. Think I could make them for that with a brushed finish. No where near as complex as the chain guards to program and trial fitment.

would possibly be able to have them anodised multiple colours too.

 

Just a quick question, what’s the Ali washers on the bolts?

 

Spacers for when you want to bolt the foot rests onto the street hooks.

Keep in mind that Sato Street Hooks had different versions for ABS and non-ABS models. The photo on post #2 depicts the model for the non-ABS model.

 

I'd be interested in getting a set from you should you end up fabricating them, would request black if at all possible.

 

Not that I have anything to put them on mate but would be if things change.

Indeed! I won't be fitting the pegs on any time soon so as you say, all the cogs count
