    Exhausts!

I know I’ve got my racefit to fit and I bought it for 3 reasons:
1- uk mfg and build quality
    2- looks
    3- loudness.
Got me thinking how loud is too loud?

back in the arse end of summer I had my first group ride out on my 2011. This particular day we were riding out to krazy horse in bury st Edmunds. As we left the compound I had a Ducati (can’t remember what model sports bike) with twin racefit/AR cans, the other side I had a cbr500 with after market exhaust. Both were loud. So loud in fact that with them both having the tits revved off of them I couldn’t even hear my blade running!

is there a limit? Or is it just fuck it, loud as poss?!

Can’t wait to piss my neighbours off come spring....

If it has a nice tone then it cant really be too loud.

Aside from the legal stuff, it's a matter of taste and how much shame or empathy you have as to how loud the bike is and where you choose to turn it up. Loud bike on the lanes = cool (but conspicuous), loud bike in town = twat (and conspicuous).

For me though, too loud is unable to pass a track day noise test regardless of whether I want to do one or not.

Put in your ear plugs and smile.:D You can always turn it down a bit by using your right wrist whilst going through towns and villages.

The only way to truly gauge it is to get a mate to do a ride/fly by on your bike while you watch and listen as he drives past at full chat!

I've been meaning to do this for a while but not sure who I trust to ride it o_O:D

I think I can speak for Paul here, he/we will need to see this thong beforehand so as to be sure it won’t scratch his pride and joy :D

100% the baffle does hardly anything, I would even take it near a track with it on.
