So true, Jimmy. I've recently had some niggling gym injuries from doing exactly that: trying to still do stuff I did with ease in my 30s.
Can we please stick to decimal, I can cope with binary, octal and hexadecimal but base 32 and above have me reaching for a converter app
I stopped smoking one time, must have been around 2010 and feeling fitter I went and did some running again. Thinking I was still a teenager I was doing 10k every day and within 6 weeks I was sub 45 minutes...6 weeks later I was in physio with a buggered knee that still gives me pain now and then to this day!!! The old adage of youth being wasted on the young is so true
and it takes 3 years to prepare, and people keep asking if you have changed your mind and are really certain about what you asked for
