Nigel trust me VTR SP1s and SP2s handle like a barge compared to modern bikes or even 1000s of their time. They are lumpy and snatchy at low speed. They cannot stand 30 miles an hour or 40 to be honest. But when you click with it they are a dream to ride/own and look at. It will get a lot of admirers. One modification a pair of Akrapovic cans.

I use a similar app. Gives me a reminder notification 1 month, 1 week and the 1 day before anything expires. Also good for seeing what happened with cars from the likes of Car SOS and Wheeler Dealers!

Stunning looking machine that But I’d definitely want to investigate the amount of ballast mounted to the rear wheel! Looks excessive. I once had a rear wheel replaced under warranty on my Yamaha EXUP for that very reason, It was massively out of tolerance from a manufacturing point. I’m sure back then the engineering finesse was pretty crude. Think we established the wheel was 160 Grams out of balance without the tyre! Perhaps worth checking Nigel...

Today i have rolled the bike on to the recently bought front wheel chock. Measured overall length then went and booked a van. Me and Tigger are going for a remap next week.

Then a mate came around and have subsequently got shit faced on single malts. Some were cask strength too and am impressed i can still see to write this. Might rethink if i check the spelling later
