Have booked to travel down wales to Cornwall and a few stops inbetween.
It will be the first time long distance on the blade!
Have done touring before but always did it on my VFR or borrowed a versys

 

Good stuff, have you considered Scotland aswell? I like Wales and I'm there all the time on day trips but for the annual 3 day trip its always Scotland for me. Just has a bit more about it and is a lot quieter. What year VFR was yours? I've just bought a 1998 VFR for commuting and winter riding, really love it.

Putting a tool kit on a blade is like buying a lottery ticket, chances are no matter who you are you will be lucky to fix it with what you have, I would go for screwdrivers, a few spanners and allen keys, then a phone to phone a friend
