Thermostat light

    Hi I have the rr6 now every now and then the the thermostat light comes now if I turn the bike off then back on it doesnt come back on, any ideas as I'm scratching my head a bit

    The temp is ranges around the 78/84 mark which to the best of my knowledge is ok

    Er you might have to let it develop a bit to find out . I'll have a look at mine over the weekend

    The light should only come on as part of the dash sweep / check then go off , i think only when the temp is at around 120 it should warn you ,,, try disconnecting the battery then reconnecting to see if it reboots it,,,, or it could be dirty connector at the sender . They would be the first things I would do

    Do you mean the overheating warming light ?

    Yes the one on the speedo clock
