Did some emergency shopping today, wanted to make sure we had the essentials!

 

I went shopping yesterday, woman on the till was lookig at me like heres another one... This is just part of my normal shop though lol.



I dont only eat cheap convenience food before you think I'm going to die of diabetes before corona gets me My fridge is full of healthy things.

I bet someone is into cycling?

 

If I wasnt so lazy! I used to cycle 3/400 miles a week and done that for nearly 2 years. Went to the gym this morning and had to lie down in bed for 45 mins as I felt like I was going to throw up haha. Motorcycling ended my cycling. Far easier to twist the throttle and much more fun too!

I'm essentially a lazy cook too or anything to get calories in with the least hassle. Even my work meals are just a mixture of salad leaves, pasta, olives, beetroot, hummus, falafels... basically anything I can pour out of a packet

My oven is sparkling clean

 

Protein bungs you up...which could be v handy given the current toilet roll situation...perhaps @tuktuk 's onto something

 

I eat 210grams of proper protein a day and i definitely ain’t bunged up those protein bars are processed crap that’s why your farts stink and you get gut problems

 

Ahh I'm afraid I'm a bit like @tuktuk .....I wondered why I'm constantly dropping air biscuits

Apparently hand sanitizer should have at least 60% alcohol, at 61.1% I won’t be rubbing this on my hands.

 

It will have lemonade and ice, that way I can make a glass last long enough

It's a very nice whisky though, found it after my previous tipple Jura decided to join the "make it taste like bonfire smoke" gang.

 

Just a quick update, I know Amazon get some stick for some of their policies, but I got an in stock notification today and they are charging the same price as I previously paid.

 

Yeah Amazon are cracking down on the price scalpers, which is good to see!
In other news...the entire country of Italy is in lockdown now, not just northern whilst we in the uk had 43 new cases yesterday, they had 1700! That's insane.
