    I

I’ve been using the accosato master for 2-3 years on my commuting bike mate and never had a problem.

Mike does the clutch levers to match the brake I think?

We recently received the new cylinders from Accossato with electrical switches for road use http://www.bikersdiscountstore.co.u...accossato-ready-to-brake-cylinders-pd-312.php

Matching clutch levers are available as an assembly http://www.bikersdiscountstore.co.u...ssato-folding-clutch-lever-assembly-pd-57.php

Another (slightly cheaper) option if you want matching levers is we can supply an Accossato brake cylinder fitted with a TWM folding lever and supply a matching lever to fit the OE clutch perch http://www.bikersdiscountstore.co.uk/brake-clutch-parts-replacement-brake-clutch-levers-pl-135.php

We now also have in house servicing facilities for Accossato and can do a 24 hr turnround.

How much does it work out for everything mate.
Adjustable mastercylinder with electrical switch for brake light and the reservoir kit.

    Thanks Luke

Seriously considering this upgrade and looking at fitting to original brake lines as the rubber lines are quite short and a lot of it is metal pipework to and from ABS.
The original master cylinder is angled where the brake line connects and the brake line banjo is angle to suit.
All of the aftermarket master cylinders seem to come straight out of the bottom meaning the original banjo won’t be at the same angle. I am not sure if the brake line would be able to be twisted to meet the master cylinder or even if this is a good idea if it would reach as there would be strain on it all the time.
I have attached a picture of the original and would like to see if anyone has done this yet.

Also looking at the pictures of the Accossato and Brembo reservoir mounting i think they are going to foul the fairing as the are mounted directly above the master cylinder. This means that the reservoir is going to be outside of the fairing when steering is straight ahead and foul the fairing when turned full lock left.
I think a custom bracket, the original reservoir and a new 90 degree link pipe is the answer??

That's what I done. There are a couple of pics of the bracket on this page.
The reservoir's pretty much where it originally was.

That’s exactly what i was trying to describe.
Think it best to try to keep the reservoir near to where it originally was.

Make sure you buy the right RCS. 17RCS is normally used for 30-32mm pistons, 19rcs is for 34mm.

We can make Hel lines to almost any spec with banjos of any shape. Hel banjos can be rotated in their ferrules to fine tune the fit.

This was my RCS install on a ABS a while back but it was on Hel lines.

I'm fitting it on my current blade (ABS too) but found the standard 'short' brembo banjo bolts too short due to the OEM banjo being rather thick at 10mm, worked out you need a M10 x1.0 x20mm. I will dry fit on the OEM lines an take a few photos.

this is using a ladybird custom mount, fits really well, but you are right with oem abs lines its quite tight, the line is under a slight strain, not sure im happy with that!

That doesn’t help fitting to standard brake line.
Are you saying this cannot be done?
The standard brake line from the mater cylinder goes to an
Thank you for this. I wouldn’t be happy with the original line being under strain either which is why i thought i would mention it.
How do the Hel lines work as the line from the mastercylinder goes in to a block where the hard line to the ABS screws in to? The block and line are one piece.

The R&G line set (at the time made by Hel) included the blocks that the hard line screw into, you get 2 lines blocks for each of the calipers.
    see picture:

Here's a few more photos of the OEM lines into the brembo master, the line has very little slack but I think there is a little adjustment a little at the pclip.

I may refit the OEM Master to compare to make my final decision

Ah sorry didn't spot it is an ABS, we can't make ABS kits, Hel will be able to help & if necessary customise them to fit any master cylinder.

Happy to report I managed to jiggle with the RCS on ABS OEM lines, changed the position on the stopper on the banjo and with fine adjustment of the lever angle got very acceptable play in the line - same as OEM!. Just have to wait for the new banjo bolt.

Been looking at upgraded lines too, wow they're pricey got mine for about £70 though that was several years ago! Wish I took em off before the bike got scrapped!

Thanks for this. I would prefer to fit to original lines. Hel kit for 2018 is just short of £200 includes rear lines too but wouldn’t bother with those anyway, hardly use rear brake and feels good enough as is.
