Got myself a 2012 Rear Shock

    Got myself a mint (obviously) brand new 2012 rear shock very cheap... on the hope that it will fit my 09 blade... i have a aftermarket hugger... comparing the 2 shocks the external res on new 1 is bit more straighter than previous and the body around it is bit bigger with the new style adjuster.... butttt looks like there is room to fit!!

    anyone fitted yet.. or will i be the 1st??
    if it fits what can i get done to shock? will be good just setup for me, or can they delve inside and tune more, was hoping to a cheaper option than ohlins etc

    got mine in box... after i put on rearsets exhaust fairings etc, then thought oh ill get a 2012 shock, had it couple months now, cba to fit it yet! now i know it fits ill get it spring etc to my weight and a titanium spring... oooo im always wanted 1 of those... so screw it why not...not like shock can get wrecked..... easily lol

    Test rode mine today with the new shock.............................. wow truly amazing what a difference the back end is so planted!! the front does not dive as much when i brake now, i priced it up at the honda dealer and they retail for ..............................£1181.72
