@Slick My vehicles are pretty good paint wise. I keep on top of them generally and as well as a clay bar exercise I will be doing a light machine polish and then a 20 % IPA before applying. It's time to watch some more YouTube of people applying it. I love YouTube, learned some much stuff. I do a hell of a lot more stuff on my cars, bikes and around the home these days all thanks to youtube. You can find examples of how to do something right as well as how not to do it with very little effort. A great invention. Plus you can watch people rag their blades to death
One thing I learnt to make things easier was to have the MF cloths for levelling and buffing to be different colours, just helps not mix them up. Also both cloths get regulated to chain duties afterwards! If you have the choice do it on a darker vehicle first, with them you can clearly see the flashing and where it need to be levelled, You can then perfect your technique. My car is white and with bad lighting it was much harder to see what was going on!
Thanks for that much appreciated. Its little Pearl's of wisdom from peoples own experiences that prove to be invaluable and we can now all get access to via the interwebs!
