2006 RHS fairing bolt hangar?

Can anyone please help me try and determine what this is called I can't find it on any of the the microfiches (I've stripped the thread) They are bolted to both sides of the frame with an bolt it's the retaining nut for the side fairing, last bolt at the rear end.
