Hi all. I've screwed up my knee this year and as I do all my own maintenance I'm looking at motorcycle lift/tables. I like the abba sky lift but when not in use it will be in the way and I have no reason to spin the bike around when it is in use. Which seems to be a selling point. I think I've narrowed it down to the sealey mc365 or mc390 .. same lift but one is wider. It's the wider one appeals to me as I still want to be able to the abba stand. The second reason for the table over the skylift is I can still park my bike on it when not in use.my bike is not a daily ride so it wont be inconvenient getting it on and of. Anyone have any views or recommendations or experience on these,?

Has he used it yet. I've seen mixed reviews on those ones. .the cantilever type moves around more apparently..
Ahh I see the difference now having compared pictures of the two. He's not used the KMS one yet as he has a kit car to sell that's taking up the space that the bike lift will be going in. This is it in his workshop
I've got the Abba lift it take a bit of getting used to but once you've sorted the routine its great and so handy for moving the bike around.
I know you weren't asking for votes but I've been using an ABBA Skylift for about two years now, it's brilliant. When not in use, you can take a leg out and it'll fit in a corner/under a bench quite well out of the way. The ability to lift the front (or rear) of the bike to a comfortable working height without a surface under it takes some beating.

Love my bike lift, got it in the winter and used it loads this year... The advantages of being able to move the bike around when in bits and have the bike at different angles outweigh the space it takes up without a bike on it. You can take a lot of it apart for storage but I've generally always got a bike on it on the go.
Thought about both options for my garage, but in the end remembered I’m sh*t with spanner’s so didn’t need either
Looking at these again. Think I'll go the for ABBA. Not fussed about moving the bike. But know I know it can be stripped for storage it's more appealing
If you buy a Skylift does it include every bit needed? I've already got an Abba stand and I'm just wondering if I buy a Skylift if comes with the stand part or if it's just the bottom part and the lift.
