I know I am thinning substantially on top, but non the less I have just had my first haircut in about 16 + weeks and got rid of the CoCo the clown look. Feels so much better. Probably looks better as well but that is subjective
No will power here. I needed a cut just as we went into lockdown. First ever clippper cut was done by one of the boys during break on a night shift. He always did his own so no problem doing mine. Not quite, as he found out touching my hair was making his toes curl a few minutes in and “couldn’t do it”.Great. The rest of the boys were pissing themselves. A combination of us all finishedish what he’d started. Next time round I borrowed a set of clippers and that didn’t go that well either. The two mirror trick had me in knots and gave up when I was running out of hair. Third attempt was done with the mrs’s help. Jeeez......the worst of all. I’m now about due again but think I’ll hold out for the barbers this time. I’m guessing the more hair I can give him the easier it will be for him to make something of it.
I am lucky I guess that not having been out for 14 weeks it was not quite the same issue for me, but my hairdresser comes to us and so anything she did was going to be an improvement.
Bought a cheap pair of clippers and let the wife loose on it, she did OK... But still will pop in to the barbers when I can
