I have just bought some Arashi Rear sets for my new Fireblade and I wondered if anyone has fitted these before as no instructions came with them, before I try i'm looking for some feedback on the product or recommendations for another manufacturer? Many thanks
I've read good and bad from Arashi, never had them myself so can't comment, I've only ever used Lightech and Gilles, both of which I recommend highly, not cheap and I've (touch wood) not crashed with either on but spares are available should I need them and they both fit perfectly, look good and are fully adjustable (which is kind of the point! .... if you don't get on with the Arashi's, smash the credit card and get a set of the aforementioned (just don't tell the Mrs what they cost!
I brought Diamond rearset which come with some what simple instruction, had to return them because the rear brake won't mount with the ABS wiring, not sure if its just me or if they revised it now; then i spunk nearly double on some lightech ones, again comes with instruction but fits first time no issue, quality is much better as well (much on par with my old SES on my old track bike). It certainly hurt my pocket but my heart felt a lot better, not sure if this helps
gia moto , spot on but no instructions but that wasnt a problem as they are just straight forward to fit and sorry about the pics as it was the only way they would up load , lol
Many thanks for the info, I think I will return them and buy some Lightech as I am not 100% happy with the quality of the Arashi.
