Some time ago there was a post on here about someone selling a Personal Numberplate on eBay (MY 07 HRC ) Well Jo saw it and decided to win it for me, I was in the shed at the time. Well she won it for £127, not bad eh. BUT, and there's always a but, what I didn't know was the Jo had seen MY 08 HRC (she has an 08 CBR 600RR) on the DVLA web-site, that cost £815, yep she bought that too, sneaky women aren't they! We have the plates and all the paperwork, just need Jo to fit them and post some pictures, come on Jo....
are you mad? you want me to go out in the freezing cold? ok, if i get time i will, otherwise it will be at the top of your list of jobs - oh and the list is quite long xxx
I think perhaps I should feel slightly guilty for sowing the seed by putting the thread up for the HRC plate in the first place!
Ken you have more neck than a giraffe!! you just wait, if ever we meet.......... ok i'll buy you a beer!! Andrew you should feel guilty, but not becasue i bought the registrations, because i'm now being hassled to get out there in the freezing cold (bearing in mind i hate the cold) to fix these plates on!! xx
So it's your fault Andrew Great find mate There going to look great parked next to eachother. Come on Jo, you were braking the other day on how handy you were with a allen key when you fitted the Hugger
yeah, but now i have to wrok out how work that massig drill in the shed, and how do i know what size drill but to use? tell me and i'll do it, the girls have no swimming tomorrow as the pool heater is broken, so i could throw a few layers on and go out and do them, crikey riley another or your jobs i'm doing lol xxx
Just buy the double sided velcro off ebay, about £3 will do both your bikes and no unsightly screws in your plate!!!
Well you will buy these things eh! On a side note you have to brave the cold again to take the ramair inlet to the post office for me!! LOL
Yeah, but I'm walking and keeping warm!! Not standing still trying to work drill sizes out lol. Might just do a benn suggested Xx
I have to screw mine on Ben, you'll see when Jo get her arse in gear and posts some photos (Love you babe)
Put the pictures onto a hoisting site like photobucket it's so much easier, then all you need to do is copy and paste the image code onto you post! On a side note what took you so long??
ok, thats as clear as mud to me Andrew!! It didnt take me that long..... its freezing temperatures out there in case you haven't notcied ya know!! xx
You should live in a nicer part of the country, it's been dry and sunny here in Cornwall all day! Actually your quite handily placed for the Thruxton BSB, you and hubby up for it on April 15th!?
