**Edited** I bought this for my 2012 blade, but it didn't fit. The person I bought it off on eBay said they removed it from their 2014 blade, but I recommend measuring your stem to check it will fit. Measured the mount and it is roughly 28mm diameter. £13 posted. I also have a brand new, unused X-Grip type phone mount. Hi Alan, I'm a little bit lost on this one... The person I bought it off said it was off his 2014 blades but it doesn't fit my 2012 or Bazza's 2016 stems. Are you able to measure your stem to see if it will fit (mount is around 28mm)? Thanks
Sorry all for the late reply! Baby duties over took over. So I measured the black cylinder, as drawn by Bazza above... really strange... doesn't seem to fit any 12-16 measured. The guy said it came off his 14 plate and I don't understand why he had a reason to tell porkies to as he could have just sold it for the bike it came off... https://www.1000rr.co.uk/threads/telefrizer-ram-mount-for-14-16-sp-model.37514/ ^^ this suggests it's for an SP. The guy does say the SP has a different diameter to the standard Blade in his advert. I've just measured my 2016 SP and the 2016 standard Blade and there is a few mm difference. This is why it's not fitting I guess...it needs to go on an SP
Thanks Lozzy for your help... Just to clarify - the advert I posted above from Grayrobs on this forum is a separate advert. I bought it off a guy on ebay... Grayrobs' advert just supported what we started to suspect - that the SP has a different diameter stem. I would never suspect anyone on here of telling porkies As you have an SP you are welcome to the stem mount (either collect free or just pay postage) if you want it. Same goes to anyone on here with an SP who will use the stem mount - it will only sit in my garage if it doesn't go.
