Hang on - I don’t know Nigel or anything about his life, any more than I know anyone else’s story from the forum. This is somewhere to talk about bikes, pick up ideas for what’s good or bad to do to your bike and have a laugh. I don't see the point in someone joining the forum (unless its an existing member who is keyboard warrioring behind a second identity) just to post crap about anyone irrelevant of if its true or not. This is why I don't do facebook or any other social media - there are just too many knobs.

Many such cases harbour much detail both fore and aft of the freelance journalist’s sensational headlines. In saying that, I do not seek sympathy, but remain prepared to stand forward to both accept and offer comment to public scrutiny. On 9 November 2009 The Crown entered a 'nolle prosequi' on a number of charges. There remains active appeal process of the remaining convictions, and as recently as 30th September 2020, applications continue against both the Victorian Courts' and Victorian government's continued refusal to provide me the trial’s audio transcripts for the purpose of 'fresh evidence' appeal. I cannot at present elaborate on this, other than to invite the learned @JusticeHallet to provide his/her own disclosure and fairness by providing detail of ensuing applications and proceedings, some of which constitute statements, affidavits, and evidence for the defence by the complainants’ own mother. I suspect, with good reason, that @JusticeHallet is not a member of the Victorian (Aust) judiciary, but is motivated by other means for his/her post not only on this, but on other forums of which I am a member.
And to suggest people are in cahoots and should give explanations for this is obsurd !! Why don't you ask Nigel to explain it yourself if you're so interested in the story instead of involving other people who don't know anything about him?? And who has got the time to create a fake profile to hide behind just so they can put this out there??
I agree with @raphael, Nigel had his day in court and was found guilty, shit bust end of story. He will try weaseling to deny and obfuscate, but this was in Australia and not some 3rd World backwater with a dodgy Justice System. Feel free to discount the evidence that must have been presented to the court though as we all know from The Shawshank Redemption that prisons are filled with innocent people. Just wish I could set a thread to ignore too.

I thought this was a forum for decent people but obviously not I think the fact we have a convicted sex offender in our community is an outrage he should probably do the only honourable thing in his existence and leave the forum immediately or the site administrator should remove him forthwith,we all have pasts granted but none as sordid as this,good riddance to bad rubbish I say
