    cold day but dry & sunny a 25 miles local round (wiltshire) to get the feel of my winter gear specially the thick gloves which feel very clumsy the first couple of rides.

    No mud & no famr manure on the road:rolleyes:

    But I tell you the low sun is a real killer

    Nowhere did the Yamaha off Road school in Wales and couldn't move for a couple of days great day out 4 hours on a YZF 250 vicious varied Terrain....had one massive off took the wind right out of me stood up on the pegs then whoosh I believe I can fly ......going back for more next year.....

    I remember years ago when I was a schoolboy mx rider. Mcn brought some road riders (who apparently road hard) to my local track (wash brook farm), I think they managed 4 laps :p:D

    Can’t find the link anymore :( must be going back 17 years now!

    Quick ride out in the peaks between the storms......more Billy no mates than @Selmer50mark down at Matlock :rolleyes:

    Metzler m9's are standing up well to the wet and gritty roads though. Pretty much the same as the 7's.

    the rider on that professor pat pending job next to me said he was originally heading towards Glasson dock but then heard you were going....so diverted........quickly :D
