Cheap mods

Got the winter blues without the bike on the road already and want to do some modifications again, BUT, with Xmas coming up and two small kids money’s not plentiful... what’s the best cheapest mods you’ve done?

What about LED/projector type headlight bulb? I know it is not very exciting, but a cheap and very effective mod.

 

Don't do it. You'll spend money on a mod you can't use and the lift you'll get will be extremely fleeting and you'll have less money. Get some books on riding and enjoy those and get out on dry days wrapped up warm.

 

Stuck the dual headlight mod in in august and put the led bulbs in the car for winter

 

I think you may well be right Dern, I’ll just buy ride 4 and pretend on the PlayStation if all else fails!

 

Go for a ride and buy some petrol then go for a ride

 

And get it dirty?? You’re off your head mark

 

Get some new dust caps for your tyres, bit boring but hey you didn’t state they have to be exciting mods and there cheap and cheerful,

 

Cheapest mod, just unsubscribe from all bike forums and never look at other people's bikes

What LED's fit without bothering the headlight cap?

if you ride al year, get a radiator guard, fender extender and longer rear hugger.
change the OEM bulbs with higher output not wattage) halogens: osram night racer or phillips xtremes
