What a race and what a season, can't wait until next weekend when they do it all again, I definitely like this 2 weekends at a circuit format. Spoiler: No actual Result Info but some info Off to go cook some humble pie after that performance by AM
That's enough to make me want to buy a Suzuki ......in fact I've just been looking Alex Marquez.......yep forever in the shadow of his big brother but he's certainly proving the doubters wrong......good on you Alex. Let's not forget he's moto 3 and double moto 2 world champion. Defo future champion
No don't do it.....new zx10rr should be out in a couple of weeks should be cracking ....although still swaying towards a new SP in black with the carbon o
Great ride by Alex Marquez. His interview after the race in parc ferme was very good as well. Very calm, measured and mature response to his result. Not just the emotional - so happy to be here - its amazing - kind of response. Maybe the start of a new era, one that Marc Marquez will have to get used to.
Lots of rumours flying about in the moto gp paddock, most notably......Lorenzo to sign for Aprilia, Dovi to be a test rider for just about everyone (except Ducati ) But the big confirmed news, joining Enea Bastianini at Aventia Ducati will be Luca Marini and they'll run VR46 SKY team colours, so some much needed cash for that team!
Marquez confirmed......was pretty obvious i thought but would have liked to have seen him in him in the last two races, just to see where he's at
Just heard them saying on BT Sport that apparently recovery isn't going that well and he will need a 3rd operation on the arm.
I'll miss Cal on the grid next year. Also... I'm kind of a Marc Marquez fan, but this was the best MotoGP season I've witnessed. Hopefully next year will be just as good with MM in it.
What a season ! Hats off to Ktm and Suzuki as well, they have obviously worked hard and now pose a threat to the usual contenders. Sam Lowes......grrrrr......a missed opportunity when it was all looking so good but got to “hand” it to him. That last race performance showed true grit so I’ll let him off a bit. As for Cal, yes I’ll miss him and it’s always nice to have a British rider in the mix. I always liked his attitude and honesty. A good guy.
All 3 titles this year were hard earned with some great racing. Whilst Mir did great I would have him as joint 2nd with Miller, behind Morbidelli as my rider of the year.
