After fitting GB Racing Covers earlier in the week (aaddressed in a separate thread) today I fitted my OEM Quickshifter. Well installed it anyway, as I won't initialize and set up until I wake the bike up post winter/early spring. Easiest install, and will be totally wasted on me but why not...... Managed to get it fitted at the obligatory right angle to the gearbox shaft but it was only "just" long enough to reach my lowered gearshift lever. Something to look forward to.... Mike
Couldn’t remember if I stuck this up, dual light mod from a couple of months ago. No more hearing I’ve got a bulb out
Thanks Mike, garage is tidier now, well will be after Xmas flooring is Halfords foam matting. Soft, and good on the knees, but not great for the blades stand!
How hard did you find it to match the brightness from one side to the other Liam? I made myself dizzy staring at the lights trying to decide if one was a bit brighter than the other!
Tbh Charlie I haven’t really played with it much. I think that is the default setting (40%?). I stuck it on and then the bike went away for winter. Will imagine I may have a play over Xmas, although I’ll probably get dizzy then annoyed and just leave it
My advice is to leave it as it is. From your picture that looks pretty much spot on. When you start adjusting it, the increments are so small its quite hard to get it perfect because your eyes don't like looking at bright lights! I tried shining it against the garage door and adjusting it but thats no easier.
Looks perfect I did adjust mine from standard but I love the look of the twin headlight ( why didn’t Honda do it) and it passes the MOT
I wish I am named after a rider but not sheene You and paulo will not know this one but mark will I was named after barry briggs
