Looking at selling my 2015 cbr1000rr in the repsol paint scheme which I’ve had from new. It has a akrapovic exhaust, tail tidy, intergrated indicators/brake lights and bobbins. All original parts included and very low mileage of 2573 (reason for sale)

    What’s it worth all? Opinions?

I'd guess somewhere between 7500-8000. Put the original exhaust back on and put it up for £8000. You'll get £300 for the exhaust on the for sale section below.

Is your numberplate on the piss or is it the picture?

Ha ha I’m not sure about the plate, I’ll have a look tomorrow!!

Yeah I was thinking about putting the exhaust up for sale on here this week, even if I end up keeping for another year to see if I use it more I don’t want the exhaust on

I sold my 15 Repsol Marquez replica - just some extra stickers to yours a couple of years ago with 5k on the clock and I struggled to sell it, finally got £7300 for it - it was only 3 years old then. You need to look on ebay, facebook (I found this the biggest bike market with all the various enthusiast groups as well as the general marketplace because it's free) and biketrader to see how many are about, what they sell for privately (forget dealer prices). I also then look at what other similar age and mileage 1000cc sports bikes are about and their prices to gauge the competition and the market.

I’d say around £7000-£7500 with that mileage on, next month or so it starts to become a sellers market as everyone gets giddy for spring summer plus if rishi wants to give a pay out to the self employed etc again they’ll be a fair few people having some cash to burn!

The hardest part is coming to terms with the fact that the value you have in mind is never the current market value.

The good news is if you keep it nice and don't put shit loads of miles on it I can't imagine the price will change a great deal. As far as depreciating assets go it's not a bad one! Keep it!!
