Wow how did I not spot it , must have sold very quickly, I've only been looking on ebay actually, not directly at their website so easily missed if it sold straight away! And why wouldn't it, just look at it....stunner!!
Tis true @bradt but looking at photos of it again....ah!! Still i definitely don't have any regrets as I'm very happy with the Pani. I got £11600 for the blade so they've stuck a grand on it which is about the norm I reckon
They stand to make a bit more on the R1 though, about £1500 ......but again just look at it, lot of work went into making that immaculate by me! again......absolutely no regrets!
It’s funny how sometimes you see how many owners a bike has had and think the worst, but this example shows how sometimes it’s of no consequence.
6 I think it was, me being the 7th. But in 20 years it doesn't seem quite so many. I try not to get too hung up about how may owners a bikes had simply because i know how us as bikers can change our minds and bikes so easily. Myself for example, 2 years is about the time I start to get an itch and no matter how hard I try to hang onto a bike my impulsive nature gets the better of me! People buy them for a summer and get rid which is a shame really as this bumps owners up which some people don't like! You enquired about my R1 @hitch ??
not for mine but got @Lozzys valentines present modelled up. Hope I get chance to machine them before the big day. Hopefully she won’t get too excited and squeeze too hard
I've finally managed to get the front and rear supersprox fitted. New super sport gold DID chain and gold titanium bolts. All lubes topped up and ready for spring
Collected my bike the other night from the shim man As suspected three exhaust shims were too far out of tolerance and we're replaced and this was at 16000 miles , anyway put it all back together today. Got the oil pressure up then started it . run up to full temp to check all is good . No leaks looking forward to getting out now
Whilst the bike is still naked I removed some more emissions crap ,,,,,,,, air flapper, solenoid and vacuum, Filed the hole in the air intake with a kitchen sink blanking plate that was knocking around ,,,,,,, fits perfect
Covers off mine and Di's bikes for some prepping and polishing now the salts gone and Sundays looking warm and dry at last
