Yes that's spot on. I've got clear ones on the black bike. They're a bit grubby, but it's mainly the infills on the road bike that need grips.

I’ve ordered a set of clear to give them a go, I’m not convinced they will look good on the black plastic so will end up having to order a full set of black just for them... heartbreaking but I guess looking good comes at a cost

 

I'm debating which to buy for the matt black tank, clear or black. Not sure until I see them in situ and not wanting to buy both sets. Anyone done it already?

 

Clear is much harder to apply without bubbles being visible, you can just slap on the blacks as you can't see the bubbles

 

Agreed......on the nobbly infill panels it will stand out more too!!

 

Slapping on the blacks is probably where I'm going then. Life's too short.....

 

I've got the blacks on my blade albeit it's not the matt one. I think they'll look better on yours than the clear grips

 

Thanks Lozzy. Yes, they look decent on yours. I see you've left your bike at your front gate in that pic. Not room in the stables...?

 

I got some of these and was expecting them all to be clear but the in fill bits are black thanks.
