im coming back from injury which has left me with weaker grip in left hand while it recovers, making it difficult to pull the clutch lever.
Are there any aftermarket levers which have a different pivot point making the pull less strenuos?

There is this: Solid Billet Front Master Cylinder (helperformance.com)
They do them for hydraulic clutches as well as brakes, as I have checked.

Quite how the ratios (15x16, 16x16, 17x16) relate to the OE, I have no idea.

Another option might be an aftermarket slave cylinder. A company called "Oberon" used to do a replacement for the RR6/7.... might be worth a google.

EDIT: looks like they still do them: Honda Clutch Slave Cylinder CLU-3038 by Oberon Performance (oberon-performance.co.uk)
    Quite fancy a gold one...

I have a uprated clutch slave on my 06 Blade. Works very well.
    I fitted a TSR clutch slave . Screenshot_20220425-194431.png

Lighter pull, but longer action at the lever?

Yes lighter pull. Only a little longer action.

Yes, changing JUST the slave cylinder will result in a lighter pull via a longer action at the lever (i.e. the slave is bigger, so takes more fluid to move it the same distance)
By how much depends on the relative size of the pistons (i.e. Oberon/TSR vs OE). Oberon don't seem to quote piston size, which is odd.

Regarding the levers, then it gets more detailed. On most aftermarket master cylinders the pivot is further in... so whilst you're doing a 'longer pull' it doesn't necessarily feel like you are at the hand (if that makes any sense!)
Again though, trying to work out how much improvement you'll get will depend on understanding the ratios of the OE m/c, and comparing them your chosen aftermarket m/c. In the past I've found Hel to be quite friendly... it might be worth giving them a shout to discuss.

Bought and fitted an Oberon slave cylinder. Tbh I didn't really notice much difference, but that might just be because my hand is still in pretty bad shape
