Hel Calipers and MC to be fitted

Hi all,
I have just got HEL Calipers and MC ready to be fitted to mt Blade, But as they are being fitted, do i fit HEL braided lines too?..... If so do i go with the conventional over the mudguard fitment or do i go for the race fitment?

Pretty pointless fitting that quality set up with the standard lines mate.

I have the same set up on mine and have the race lines with it.

 

Yep, have spoken to them and a new set of lines on the way

 

I went with race setup, seems to make sense to have less lines/connections

 

Did you end up installing all the bits? How do you find them? I recently started going to the track with my blade and the oem MC is jus no good, need to replace it with a better one but I’m torn between second hand brembo or brand new HEL. Any feedback?

 

hi bud, all I can say is that the Hel setup I have is just amazing, so much better feel and no brake fade on a trackday! I’m off to Portimao at the end of sept for 3 days so that will be the real test! But from previous experience I found the Hel set up better than Brembo.
