Went up on the Cat & Fiddle with @PauloHRC and @Selmer50mark....
Lots of bikes out as BikerPics were there

Paulos new leathers made an appearance which is more than his wallet did

Tight leathers pose especially for @bradt



Then down to Monyash for ice cream

 

I see @Selmer50mark was on the bike with some tread

Them @PauloHRC are defo not baggy

Had a good blast out with son as pillion with the mates around Derbyshire on Sunday.
Even managed 2 up knee down which son was buzzing at hahaha

 

A few hours up the Trossachs yesterday just randomly scooting about.

 

Nowhere exciting, but it was effing cold! For added fun my heated grips powered off after 10 minutes and wouldn't turn back on, then 30 mins later I felt the grips getting warmer as they decided to come out to play.

Was bloody nice out though if you ignored the single digit temp.

 

Are your grips Oxfords with battery saving mode? I had trouble with a set of them on my VFR, kept turning themselves off. Had to turn that function off in the end and wired them in through a relay.

 

I have mine wired via a relay too. I know mine have the power saving bit, but no idea how to disable it beyond wiring like I have.

 

That will probably be why then, you need to turn it off.....

Good ride out today - as part of the loop through Cheshire we called at Acton Bridge to see the steam engines before they made their ssslllloooooowwwwww way home. Met a bloke I’ve not seen since we were apprentices in the 80’s. A proper engineer before we even started our training. This is his pride and joy…

then ended up in Southport and saw this piece of nostalgia …..
