recall cbr-rr

i received a recall notice this week ,Re engine stall-PGM-F1program failure mines booked in for the 26th oct,ive not had any problems with engine stalling,except yesterday,i came off the motorway as i was slowing down the engine cut out,the back wheel locked ,i pulled the clutch in,stopped,clean my pants,and re started the bike and got home,im just glad it didnt happen while i was in lane 3 on the motorway or going round the twisties,

 

I did see this recall on Social media, i thought it was for US models only?
