Does anyone know what the rubber spacer that sits under the heat shield is called? Bike was serviced today and they told me it was missing when I picked it up. The heat shield just rattles a little bit (I hadn't noticed). I need to get one but don't know what its called. The service guy just said to use a bit of rubber tyre or something. Bike is a 2018 model. Tried searching the forum but without knowing what its called its a bit difficult. thanks
