Do these just fit straight on or do you have to modify the handlebar in any way? Or are there any other makes that require no modification to the handlebar? This is for a 2017 model.

If you have an anti vibration weight inside the handle bar tube you’ll find the brake lever guard will spin around. I removed the weight and made my own spacers etc.

There is no model specific fit, you’ll have to manufacturer something to secure it properly.

It works well. You’re securing the bar insert to stop it turning. Then bolt lever guard on in the normal way.

I recently did my 18 sp. Found it a pain to get the inner bar out. There is a guide on here somewhere. If you need it, I will try and find it.

I used the Evotech Brake Lever Guard. Easy to install, no issues at all. Nice and secure. I also installed the Evotech bar end on the clutch side.

The standard insert is a pain to get out, but easy once you work out how. There is a guide somewhere. Evotech also have excellent fitting guide PDFs.

Oxford. Decent value, especially if you hit the deck and need to replace it.
