Wow this section of the forum isn't used much so thought I would post a suggestion for a brilliant TV series called Dopestick it based on true events in the US and how one drug company triggered the worst drug epidemic in American history and the struggle with opioid addiction. Only problem for some it's being shown on the Disney+ channel but there's certainly nothing magical about the content of this brilliant series.
I'll have a look, I'm struggling to find good stuff to watch at the moment, spend most of my viewing time on YouTube
Me too. Y T is my first port of call these days. I don’t have Disney + and most of the other stuff is dross. I watched Shetland though, always a decent story.
Try the "True North" series on BBC iPlayer. There's a good episode on the young bike racers before they graduate to the Junior SuperSport BSB support class.
14 Peaks......Nims Purja attempts what is thought impossible. Climbing the worlds tallest 8000m+ mountains in just 7 months!! If you're into mountains and hiking, you'll love it.......if you're not, you soon will be!!! Most inspirational thing I've ever seen.
And if that gets you obsessed with It, try ..... AFTERSHOCK and SHERPA. I've watched all 3 documentaries around 10 times each and I still keep watching them!!!
I know it's mainstream TV but really enjoying Happy Valley anyone who hasn't watched it, watch the first two series on BBC iplayer. Don't be put off by the title it ain't Happy
