    Thanks very much for that, you're a star. I presume the grub screw on the knurled bit holds it in place instead of the spring on the copy?

    No. Just stops it spinning on the shaft. The large knob hold itself in place so no real friction fit or need to tighten grub screw

    Think I'll remake it then and copy the Honda one. Cheers.

    In your situation, I would sell a few. It is what I do copying stuff for the NS because it is unavailable. Inlet manifolds, chain sliders etc. shortly to start SP1 chain slider production

    Remade it to Hondas design, cheers @NS400R . :).

    Just got to hope the tiny pegs can take the strength of the spring, I made it out of alluminium because its easier to work with.
