I've fitted an SC Project end can to mine, and removed the exhaust servo. It does make the idle a little lumpy but nothing too serious, and above 6k where the servo would be fully open it's fine. I am going to get it mapped though now that Woolich have the option available.

No worries. I've attached a screenshot of the rear wheel torque settings. I haven't made any special adjustments to the electronics for the sprocket changes. Screenshot_20230302_215000_Adobe Acrobat.jpg

My bike went in to BSD Performance for a remap yesterday. I picked it up late yesterday afternoon and rode the 35 miles home from Peterborough. First impressions are pretty good. It certainly felt smooth and picked up well from low revs. It will take a few more rides to reach a proper conclusion, but I'm pleased so far. Talking to the tuner, he said that the RR-R is set up very lean from the factory, which is why they pushed the idle speed up to nearly 1350rpm. One of the recalls was due to stalling at low revs, which he attributed to how lean the AFR was. The O2 sensor has been removed, so the bike always runs in open loop fuelling mode now. I changed the end can and removed the exhaust servo a while ago, and the idle was a little lumpy, but it is smooth now, and idling at a lower rpm, I think. They also removed all the throttle restrictions, so full power in all gears, and adjusted the ecu for the sprocket change to 15/42, not that I had any problems with the traction control before.

Great service from BSD Performance, as always.

As with everything, prices have gone up. It's now £350 + VAT for the remap, so £420 plus a few quid for the plug in the exhaust where the O2 sensor was.

These guys in Gloucestershire were involved in developing the map for the RR-R, I believe.
