Well they're used to something that needs a lot of costly maintenance so you never know they might say yes
Did the first ride of 2023 with the CBR yesterday But it was a short ride to the shop for sweaty front fork seals But the New Shark factory GP2 exhaust sounds great
I found out that the sump drain plug is an exact fit for the inlet on the oil drain receptacle I use Luckily local car parts place had some spillsorb type stuff. Guess it's ok to clean a tyre with wd40 to remove the bit that gone on the front tyre?
WD40 will act as a solvent for the oil but has oil in it itself, so if you use that, I’d wash it off with soapy water afterwards
I screwed the Shark factory GP2 exhaust under it 1 to 2 months ago and only took it 1 ride to the shop ! But today I got the chance to take over a nice set and I couldn't turn down that opportunity ! So I bought a TaylorMade and a Power Commander 5 for the CBR And for my model I also had to order a Dynojet O2 Eliminator The exhaust and PCV and O2 plug are still on their way and the CBR is still in the shop for the sweaty fork seals so have to wait until the weekend
Finally got out for a decent ride around the lake District today on my 2008 blade (see profile pic). Had to swop over to the new Li ion battery that the seller sent me. Wish they would send me the other key!!!! still chasing them - garage in South Wales i'm in North Cumbria. Bike ran sweet as a nut though, but f*&K a honey badger its fast! Trying to get out as often as i can now before shipping it to Spain on 15 April ahead of 5 days at Almeria from 27 April!
Today the Taylormade exhaust finally came in and couldn't wait and mounted right away ! What a beautiful sounding pipe ! really great and also fits well Make an appointment soon and have it adjusted on the dyno
