ive changed the front sprocket from 16 to 15 and the rear from 40 to 43 ,i rode the RRR today for the first time since i changed the sprockets,i didnt go nuts cos of the shite rd at the moment, but man what a massive differents it makes,no codes, its a right missile, instant grunt,no more riding it like a 600c up and down the box,i take it the 23 RRR is the same instant grunt,im well pleased cant wait till the bank holiday w/end,hopefully the weather will stay good

Have you noticed your gear position display flashing after the change, only momentarily then stays static and then starts flashes again. Displays all gears all good though. Obviously its not happy! At a glance you think its normal but just keep an eye on the gear position display.

But you are correct 15T 43T setup is totally bonkers, far more lower and midrange shove, and totally transforms the experience in a good way:D

Will definitely be interested if you get the same symptoms, never did it before so can only think it’s slightly confused hence the intermittent flashing….

hi guys i rode the bike again on sat,i only notice a thickish line in the gear indicator display once,it only lasted a few seconds, then went back to normal, apart from that, the bike ran great, apart from the shite on the roads from water and mud coming off the fields

I have the same gearing on my 20 RRR.... No issues with gearing here.
