I'm converting my MY08 Blade into Track Bike and have had it de-catted with GPR exhaust. It is worth having it remapped (& dyno'd)?

I've not got a PC or other type module - just the standard ECU. Jordan SuperBikes charge about £450 for a ECU reflash. Reading online people say you (may) get about a 5-10BHP increase.

Seems a lot for a remap - anyone recommend this? if so anywhere in the East Mids area?

Anything to look out for - issues?

I always think it’s worthwhile especially if removing cats, the bikes are setup for emissions so will always perform better with a custom map. Pcr performance in Cannock did my 08 with woolwich.

Definitely worth getting it mapped mate, the bhp gained is the bit most focus on but forgetting the important bit of throttle response.
Pcr performance did 15 plate and will be doing my Panigale also.
I also paid around the 400 quid mark but for a custom map.

I've had both my blades mapped at BSD Performance in Peterborough. Definitely run better with a custom map. I'm more interested in a smooth response than top end power though.

Mine was done as a favour as I help them with various work and I’d had high comp pistons and a super finished gearbox fitted.
