I’m there on the 7th July. My first visit to Mallory since my little off last year. Exorcise the demons

Great day, thanks. Sun was out, stayed shiny side up. Couldn’t of been any better. Going to book again soon. It’ll either be Mallory again or Donny.

Unfortunately I'm typing this one handed with a suspected broken wrist.
The day started really well yesterday and I had moved up to Fast group, but unfortunately I got wiped out by some cunt on a bike held together with cable ties on the fastest part of the circuit.
The bike's properly broken, my leathers are destroyed on the shoulder, and unfortunately I didn't come out of it so well this time after barrel rolling from around 90mph. It took me a while to get back on my feet, but I'll mend. That might be it for this year as far as any riding is concerned

Bloody hell - hope your wrist isn’t broke and you mend sooner rather than later.

I hope you're right. I'm dosed up on pain killers at the moment as I'm buggered if I'm spending my weekend in A&E just for an X-ray. There's no movement without pain and the medic said I should go to hospital, but I'll give it a couple days to be sure.

Find a nearby UTC, they do walk ins and some have xray departments.

There used to be one opposite the college on Monks Road, but it was shut down a few years ago, so just Lincoln and Gainsborough main hospital now.
Just starting to get a little movement in my fingers now, so I'm hopeful that the medics were just being cautious.

John Coupland at Gainsborough definitely has an x-ray. Probably worth a visit to avoid the mare that is Lincoln County

Bugger, glad you got back up. For the sake of a little more patience from the other rider, that looked like it could of been avoided. Some of the rider etiquette on track days leaves a lot to be desired and can be dangerous. Hope you mend quickly.

    Correct.
Unfortunately not. I'll never know who it was.

Yeah, any normal person would have done me on the exit. If he can catch me on a straight then he can easily pass me on the exit as I only had 52hp and he was on a GSXR.

GWS mate, not been on track for a couple of years but judging by a few vids/forums I see these days it seems the standards have dropped a bit
More idiots with shit bikes/skills going in all groups...
    Fingers crossed on your wrist
