well guys only passed my test 18 mths ago
bought the blade back end of last summer
well today the sun was shinning so she emerged from the long winters sleep

and............ christ these things are quick far quicker than me ... but ill get there

thats it just had to share .. im in love

 

You must have a black one Gray LoL. They are far quicker than most of use, take care fella

 

And they get quicker the more you ride them

 

Just had my first ride of the year as well today and it was amazing. Made me realise that my riding was a little rusty from the 6 month lay of. Far from the slick and smooth riding i remember doing last year. hitting apex's too early is a real pain in the arse when i know the road so well

 

Me too. Out today for the first time since fook knows when& first time on the new bike.

Passed last May bought a GSXR600 to start then test rode a 2011 blade and had to have one.Yes they are bloody quick!
Just done it's first service friday.Today is the best ride with her so far 2hours round Medway to Erith.28 roundabouts there and the same back. Fantastic machine.

 

Oh yea, these things are quick alright. I've had a 7 year layoff so a 250 would feel quick to me, but some of the speeds i was reaching.......i would have had to screw the arse of an r6 to get anywhere near, plus i had a few rpm and another cog to go at...

 

I had my first ride of the year this weekend, was great weather in Devon. Where abouts are you in cornwall?

Amazing day yesterday!

Like you say, was the first day I got to ride her in anger in a long long time, such a great feeling!

Sun was out, roads were warm and the super corsas were toasty Bliss.

 

Give me a shout when you're out again bud, I'll tag along if that's okay, hopefully the bit of rain we've had will have helped to get rid of the salt.

Must admit moved up from a 600 to a blade and enjoying every minute of the new bike

 

first spin out for me too today as lovely day down here. the gi pro is a god send and she sounds sweet with the yoshi can on and pulls really clean from any revs. all polished up now and waiting for the next spare dry day we get.
