Start up issue/idle 2013 CBR1000RR-R

Hello,

I just got my 2013 CBR1000RR-R shipped to NY from Tennessee, bike has 3500 miles and sat for about 10yrs. I have replaced all fluids and filters, spark plugs, injectors cleaned, bike starts up strange, and then engine light comes on and it runs a bit better. It has an IRC Quickshifter/autoblipper which is reading E1 (i believe an error message), and a power commander V.

- Id also like to know which OBD reader to get to diagnose, I tried 3 different ones and they didn’t read the bike.

I'd remove the q/s and pc5 first, then see what you have.

 

Im first thinking of swapping the sensor on the q/s since I have it here ready, then loading a new map to the commander. Then if that doesn’t work, il have to break it down further.

 

Have you tried fresh fuel? Preferably super

 

IRC Quickshifter/autoblipper sensor has been changed and still getting a start up issue. I will try to post a dailymotion video of it.

 

Yes, always 93 and yes I swapped out all old liquids after it sat for 10 years. I swapped the spark plugs, cleaned the injectors, etc.

Is the high beam turned on or is that another symptom?

 

It is on
