Caledonian Bladers Who's going when this Saturday and Sunday? Could be our first 'social' event? Me and the wife will be there Saturday. If anyone else is going hows about meeting in the bar in the big 'new' hall which is usually in the corner top left as you come in its main door at 1200hrs? I'll be wearing my red forum t shirt, with a pink carnation and carrying a copy of the Times so you'll recognise me. Oh and I'll be with a female who looks way out my league
might go on sunday, had an operation on my arm at the weekend. the show has been pretty good the last few years. i enjoy the supermotard and stunt shows. hope the weather is ok.
Hope you recover ok from op. mate. You should be OK coming from Falkirk but anyone using the Forth Bridge should get there early as on Saturday/Sunday it's one lane each way for cable repairs so if you have mates coming that way, maybe give 'em the heeds up
i,ll be there saturday. i,ll look out in the bar for you. quite looking forward to the show. taking a mate who hasnt been to the show(or ridden a bike) in many years. unlike my usual style i will actually have a list of stuff i need to buy. usually do the headless chicken routine and buy crap i dont need. although i will probably forget my list.
did you make it to show? i probably went to the wrong place. had a look in the bar/cafe area near main door just after 12. wasnt till later i realised i may have been at wrong bar. thought the show was very poor this year. lot less stalls than last year and a few exhibitors advertised on website missing (r&g for one) thing is i took along a mate who hadnt been in years and he really enjoyed it. i bought practically nothing..
We were in the bar in the new hall bottom corner, sorry to have missed you mate. Agree, the show is getting worse every year, lot less exhibitors as you say. Soon it will just be the one hall they're in. Anyway got a set of two piece RST 2012 leathers for £310, not bad.
