Nice sunny ride into work this morning

Horrible ride home in the rain with no wet gear.

Handy vid m8. I've seen a similar MCN video with a different bloke.

I know it sounds like I am making excuses but I do have freakishly short legs! I'm 5'10" ish with 29" inside leg... My mrs has the same length legs as me but I'm about 4" taller! I like to think that I have a long body as opposed to short legs! LOL I'm also not very flexible so could probably benefit from a bit of yoga or something!?

I havent worked that hard at getting my knee down like in the vid to be honest, but there arent many roundabouts in snowdonia! I'm going to try and find one next time I'm on a ride, but think I might get the crash mushrooms sorted first just in case!

Just need to hang off more. Get your arse off the seat and your head towards the mirror.

One tip I found handy was to study peoples body position while trying to achieve knee down, particulary shoulders and arms, relax your shoulders turn your shoulder into the corner, look as far as you can around the corner and it'll go down, when you do it once you'll do it all the time, theres nothing like a fast sweeper dragging your knee on the deck.

Not blowing my own trumpet but this is what your after. Arse cheek just on the seat, shoulder dropped towards the apex and your head over the front end.

I'm tall so just need stick My leg out and it's on the deck
