Ben, you would be suprised what he speed triple can do, it can embarrass many a litre super bike on the road mate, the 675 is stunning on road and track, a bit too focused on the road tbh, the street 675 is a hoot.

Si I know I I test rode both and my mates got a street triple R with loads of toys on it's a cracking bike but I couldnt have one as the swing arm
Looks like it's off a 125 so speed for me!

This was my point they make great street bikes which both of the aforementioned are!

Yes agree with you there, but as a street bike, they are the best in class really. I don't ride on track, so a pure nutter bastard of a super bike is of no interest to me. The blade is the best of both worlds I think in this regard.... The only thing I don't like about nakeds is the lack of fairing, but as a package, the trumpets are hard to beat.

One of my biggest faults is that I am seldom satisfied no matter what I have and this has been the case with pretty much everything in my life. Women, work, promotion, cars, money, clothes, travel etc. As soon as I either get something or do something I want the next thing.

At 56, I am making a really big effort to try and be content with what I have ! so i have no plans other than to keep my Blade and revamp it..............but if I was to change, then it would probably be the Panigale or an MV out of the current crop.

I am just accepting there is always something better, but I do not HAVE TO HAVE IT..............f*** it's hard to think this let alone keep to it :)
