Hi Fordy, I used to live in Buckden and went to school in Huntingdon, moved away 12 years ago. Head office is in Huntingdon so may see you at a bike night at Hartford marina.

Gazza the Abbots Ripton road is a good one, my usual route is that and up to B660, down to St Neots and back via Toseland/Papworth. Can't wait for summer.

Yeah I work in London too. Managed to book a couple of trips including 2 days on track at Le Mans but I'm going to have to suffer the rest of it.

Hi Fordy. Ling works in central London as is a lot of my business. We have taken annual leave for the two weeks of the main event and don’t plan to go anywhere near the place. What time train do you take? We normally get the 07:40 in and the 16:23 back out.

Sorry not been on for a week, work is taking over my life right now. I don't take the train anymore. My missus and I both work in Canary Wharf so it actually cheaper and quicker to go by car. Did the train for 20 years and gave it up after the July bombings in London. Awful day and it could have been us, I was due to go in later that day but decided to get up early instead, so glad I did, those poor guys. So I use the A14/M11/A406 every day by car (not bike).

We should meet up though during the Olympics. A blast at lunch time is the ultimate de-stresser !!!
