Hello peeps ... after a prompt from Megs I am just saying hello after my enforced absence . I just have not had the time to be on the site in the last couple of weeks as after doing a full day at work I have then been visiting Allan in hospital . Getting home after 9 in the evening then eating left me completely cream crackered . Good news is Allan is now out of hospital with a plated and screwed leg and is on the mend . He came out on Saturday so things are getting a little back to normal . He is hopping about on one of those wheeled Zimmer frames as he cannot put weight on it yet . I even managed to do a spot of modifying on Sunday with some of the bling I have built up .
Hi Nutty nice to hear from you again. Glad Allan is on the mend. Have you been modding your bike or his zimmer frame ?
Cheers Art .. yup I'm back but on shorter time than I used to as I still have to do everything for Allan . (all but wiping his bum ) Ere .. I did try to fit the Active fast action throttle on Sunday but had to give up in the end I just could not get to the lower cable on the throttle body to get it off then fit the new longer ones . Any help would be appreciated
Great news Claire. I was getting worried you'd done a runner, leaving me alone with these nut jobs. And this bit's an odd coincidence. 'He is hopping about on one of those wheeled Zimmer frames as he cannot put weight on it yet' Cos Megs has just bought himself one of them too.
Welcome back Claire. It's good to hear from you again. Hope Allan heals soon enough. Should give you some browning points though with all the looking after him
Can't get rid of me that easily normal service will be resumed as soon as poss (3 more weeks ish ) Ere thats fighting talk ... he will have something to say I'm sure
Glad allens looking better Claire I didn't know he'd hurt himself I must have missed that. Glad it's getting back to normality for you all!
Oy Ken, you said it was a skip yesterday !!!! Now it's a Zimmer???? You can be very hurtful! Ya ginger bastid
Cheers Ben .... yea the silly bugger fell on his own leg and broke it REALLY badly The surgeon said he has seen less damage from bike accidents
