I'm worried about all of you when you disappear. Apparently once you've all gone I'll be cured and be released.

I know yeah but it's a stunning piece of machinery which is more than xsn be said for the BMW, its a shame the build quality of the cars hasn't been passed on to it's two wheeled brothers they are tacky as hell I'm testing one as I wanna know what the fuss is about but I couldn't buy one as every time I looked at it I'd wonder where my £14k had gone!

RSV4R all day long on build finish alone!

Perfect fitting. Obviously your are riding the bike with a "passenger" a lot. Looks very safe.

I fitted it as my better half wants to spend a bit more time on the bike with me but its really useful when just moving it around; putting on stands etc.

    But yes, safe I hope.

I was looking at this blade tonight & it has all the boring bits fitted; nothing performance enhancing.

Rad guard, crash bobbins, venture shield, Helibars, grabrail...

I have had a few tricked up track bikes in recent years so just don't feel inclined to go the same way with this. I just want to enjoy it as a road bike & be 'safe'.

God; I have become old fart

Never 1 to put a damper on things mate :D

But have u seen the state of the bare cast ally engine on the RSV4. I seen 1 at the NEC show and thought it looked fantastic until I seen the state of the engine. It put me off that much that I genuinely wouldn't buy 1. That ain't the way it should be. It should atleast be smoothed off and coated.

I fitted the Rentec grab rail to mine too Swiss. It makes it a lot more comfortable for Jeanette as a pillion and much, much safer. Not the prettiest mod, I'll agree but does the job well. The only downside is I had to replace the luggage strap bobbins for the ugly Rentec bolts, but a mate it milling me some new ones in Titanium, eventually.
