Bad news: Bollox. had 2 over the past 2 years due to osteochondroma in my right Hip. 2 op's later and working better but still ache. After having issues with my left for the past year+ I have similar issues on the left hip the good news: only 2-6 weeks on crutches, key hole op then a bigger one but not half as big as my right leg. More good news: I have told the surgeon that with kit cars and bikes being my main hobby and with the spring/summer coming I will have a date for pre op in the next 4-6 weeks BUT will be able to delay it until Sept Oct. So I don't have to miss out on the fun Only downer is it's 6 months recovery to see if it worked after the op. I'll still be in work after a week mind you as per the last 2 ops
6 months is about winter so September / March you have cracked it . 2 mods down, come back into the fold Ken and sort these suckers out!
Sorry to hear your news Remal but it sounds like a good plan. Ride in Summer recuperate in Winter, the best out of a bad deal. Hope all goes well.
Bloody hell Matt. Knew it was sort of on the cards but what a bugger even so. It's good you'll have the winter to recuperate laughing at us twats sliding all over the shop. Fingers crossed that when it happens, it happens quick mate.

You should have enough extra bits of bone to make a side stand before long mate. That'll come in handy waiting at the bar. Especially when it's Meg's round.
