Road Tax

    £74 fcuking pound for a bike thats hardly on the road compared to other vehicles and half that time digging it outa potholes. Its not like we have to pay extortionate, rip off fuel prices for the privilege!!......rant over

    a right bitch but could always be worse. Paying £210 for a year on the kit car and that gets used less than the bike. just renewed and it was £108 for 6 months

    I honestly dont mind paying £74 when my 1.2 clio costs around £120 ish and i use the bike more than the car

    Yeah I agree it's steep when you consider some of these new supermini's etc are free or something like £35

    not just super mini's. Anything with 100 or under CO2 emission (g/km) is free

    cheap as chips fella, our SLK is about 400 odd quid I think.

    1 day before i get too old (if i,m not there already lol) i,m going to have an audi rs4. £460 a year and it i,ll only be a weekend car. could be easier to handle if they reinvested it on quality roads. bikes could be cheaper though as most run so clean on emissions (until we mod them !). were just an easy target!

    Did anybody else see the bit on Mythbusters where they tested the emissions of bikes from different decades and compared them to a car. I only caught half of it but the results they had came out quite bad for the bikes in comparison to the car, even on the horse piss they call petrol in the States.
