How can i upload pictures

    How do i upload pictures when i need to show people on some threads? When i open the add picture box it asks me where they are ie WWW..... well they are on my computer? so i am not sure what it means? Can someone please explain what i need to do? All the other car and engineering sites i post on are easy to add pictures as it finds my computer and hey presto i know where they are.

    Dan told me the proper way a while back but i cant remember where. i just go into advanced mode then click on attatchments and upload that way

    +1 Fez, I have noted that it say's you have to use or lose within one hour but all mine are still in there, any idea how I can get rid of the one's I dont want anymore ?

    Yeh i would like to know this aswell as i have quite a few pics stored there now. i think they stay there all the time but if you try to put one of them in a post it wont work and they have to be freshly uploaded

    Exactly. Mines getting a bit unwieldy and needs a clear out.

    Open a free photobucket account, upload pix, copy and paste IMG code onto your post. Simples!:D

    But why do i need to open up another cbyspace account with more passwords and a possibility of being hacked into when my PC does what it says on the tin? Call me old fashioned but i run my business with a huge amount of paperwork which believe me is more accurate than a PC or to put it another way the PC user who can easily make mistakes!!!

    if you only have a few pics there is not going to be any issues. get another email address and any password and open a free account. I've used it for years and never had a issues with security

    But i don't want another e-mail address!! i have had the same one for over 13 years!! and i have a website that i have not touched for years................... god only knows what's on it as i get my friend to to it? this being my personal website and not my business one who is done by my partner. Do i sound like on old fart or what?? just like simple things in life really....................perhaps that's why i chose the Fireblade.

    I think it's good to have images loaded onto the site, at least that way if you delete or move the image in photobucket it doesn't disappear off the forum.

    I also have no clue how to though :D
