bet you cant wait... going to make a day of it mate? there are some great routes to head down his way as mentioned a while ago!
Don't let him on it you will never get him of he likes the 08+ with the hm+ Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Forgot you mentioned that before mate, gonna head straight down the boring motorway, but would appreciate some good road suggestions for coming home
no worries JD - not 100% sure where he is exactly, but know he is close (loomies cafe) so use it as your start after a nice cuppa before you head off on pretty much my fav ride home! From loomies Cafe, turn right at the cross roads on a272 to petersfield. follow to rogate, midhurst, petworth, billingshurst, cowfold, bolney, haywards heath and finally marelsfield. all one road so easy to follow and great biking roads!! from here pick up the a26 to tonbridge wells then a228 to padock wood and westmalling... trust you know from here!! ha ha providing you dont get lost, bout 110 miles and 2 and half hours ride! if you want to break it up, after billingshurst pick up the a24 to horsham and head north there all the way to leatherhead and dorking and you can stop for a drink at rykers at boxhill and come home from there via the a25 which isnt too bad!
Wow, you know the roads mate, thanks for that. Think I'll feed that lot into the Satnav (sorry, know you're not a fan ). Looking forward to it, and putting the QS to a bit of a test.
ha ha - ive done my time on those roads pal... pretty much know most back roads from ours to portsmouth! ive only ever seen one un-marked bike, but keep your eyes peeled just in case.
Lol, no we were all too busy yakking and having a looksie! Loomies it is for our brews lol, yes I know I know, I hate pulling into that car park but their bacon and mushroom gaps are a must lol. Xx

Make sure you get that cup of tea, Jo and I didn't when we visited him OK we were to busy talking bikes
Likewise great to meet you Arthur. What a transformation of the bike! Absolutely brilliant mate. Anyone who doesn't have a Shifter should put it top of the list. Can't recommend Arthur highly enough folks, wish I lived a wee bit closer though Thanks Arthur! JD
Thanks mate was real nice chatting to you.. Glad you like the shifter and the hrc throttle kit, as I said some have trouble with the cables I think yours was a all time new record as only took a few mins to do the lower cable. Your bike is mint mate very nice! Glad you had a safe ride home..
