    Hi there guys.

I'm putting up 1 of my chain guards for auction to help a fellow member on here to get himself back on his feet. Blaggers as you all probably know came off his bike and did himself and his bike some damage, and I thought that 1 of these guards with the forum header engraved onto the top guard, would be a descent way of trying to raise some cash.

All proceeds from the auction will go directly to Blaggers, so dig deep guys and let's help a fellow member out here.

    Thanks Colin

I think with the permission of Rob? It should be ok on here. So long as a few ground rules are in place. Save listing fees etc. So how longs it running for Colin?
    Cheers mate :(

I really like this idea, but how about adding in a membership price into it aswell as this is also a point that has been talked about before, nothing major just something small like £2 a month, £1 goes towards the day to day running of the site and the other £1 is saved up to help out if anything bad happens for any of us, this would have to be totally optional though

i do remember that gary but it just died a death. fez post above seems to hit the nail on the head but it would have to be arranged from the admin to ensure fairness.

Guys this is just a simple auction I am putting together for someone on here. I don't want things to get complicated.

If anyone wants to put they're name to it then please add your name and how much.

    Thanks Colin.

I suggested something similar on a pm to a couple of people a little while back, we have all been young and only been able to afford TPFT, and don’t have private heath care etc. so I am in on this and would be willing to put in a few quid in the pot. But it would have to be fair, above board and transparent to all. God forbid it happened to me and I have fully comp, Bupa and two months paid sick leave.
